Our Story

About

Built on the bones of the Old Texaco filling station in downtown Palatka.

Where we came from

From Filling Tanks to Filling Plates

The Fillin' Station takes its name from the spot it calls home: the old Texaco filling station in the heart of downtown Palatka. The pumps are long gone, but the bones — and the gather-round, everybody's- welcome spirit of a roadside stop — are still here.

Today we fill plates instead of tanks: smashburgers off the flat top, Southern comfort favorites, and a full bar — served on a dog-friendly patio with live music under the lights.

A neighborhood place

Good Food, Live Music, Good People

We're a gathering place first. That means a calendar full of local musicians, a patio made for hanging around, cold drinks, and food worth coming back for.

Bring the family, bring the dog, bring a friend who's never been — there's a seat for everybody at The Station.

Proudly local
